Community practice is a dedicated way to strengthen living in relationship to others with open heart and clear mind. To this end, the 5-Day Practice Intensive Retreat is a deep dive into mostly silent community practice. Each full day runs from 8am to 8pm. Much time will be spent being lightly guided in traditional mindfulness practices (sitting, walking, scanning, and so on), and there will also be time for rest, hearing teacher talks, taking walks, and so on. A brief one-on-one check-in with a teacher is offered to each retreatant during our time together. You will leave this retreat with renewed spirit for living in a way that honors all of who you are, in a world that asks for nothing less.
Because of the intensity of this retreat, we ask that you have an established mindfulness practice.
